Accessibility statement

A website that some people cannot use is an unfinished website. This is what we have done, what we know is imperfect, and how to tell us about anything we have missed.

Effective 3 October 2026All policies

Our aim

We aim for perigonmedia.com to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That is a target we build and test against ourselves. The site has not been through an independent audit, and we do not claim certified conformance.

What is in place

  • Keyboard use. Every link, button, menu and form field can be reached and operated without a mouse, with a visible focus outline, and a "Skip to content" link at the top of each page.
  • Structure. Pages use headings, landmarks and lists in a logical order so that screen readers can navigate by section.
  • Motion. If your device is set to reduce motion, the site's animations, including the animated tab icon, are switched off.
  • Text. Text can be zoomed to 200% without loss of content, and layouts reflow on small screens without sideways scrolling.
  • Forms. Every field has a visible label, errors are announced in text, and nothing depends on colour alone.
  • Consent panel. It does not block the page or trap focus, both options are equally prominent, and it can be closed with the Escape key.
  • No time limits. Nothing on the site expires or moves on before you have finished reading.

Known limitations

  • Decorative animated diagrams are described in the surrounding text but are not individually narrated.
  • Some small labels set in the accent colour on dark backgrounds may fall short of the contrast ratio for body text. They repeat information available elsewhere on the page.
  • Wide tables in the policy pages may require horizontal scrolling at very high zoom levels.

Tell us about a barrier

If something on this site does not work for you, or you need any of its content in a different format, please use the contact form. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using if you know it. We will reply, and we treat accessibility reports as defects to be fixed.

Advertising we produce

The same thinking applies to work we make for clients: captions on video, readable contrast, alternative text for images in email, and motion that respects the viewer's settings. These are part of our creative standards.
