The only audience you do not rent.

Every other channel charges you each time you want to reach someone. A subscriber gave you permission to come back for free. That permission is an asset, and like any asset it can be grown, neglected or burned.

What we run

Infrastructure, then programs, then campaigns.

In that order. A brilliant campaign sent from a domain with a poor reputation is a brilliant campaign nobody sees.

  • Deliverability & authenticationSPF, DKIM and DMARC configured and aligned, sending domains warmed gradually, and reputation monitored through mailbox-provider tools.
  • List growth with consentSign-up surfaces, preference centres and clear records of who agreed to what, and when.
  • Lifecycle automationWelcome, browse and cart recovery, post-purchase, replenishment and win-back flows, mapped to how your customers actually behave.
  • Newsletters & campaignsEditorial planning, copy, design and send strategy for mail that has a reason to exist beyond a discount.
  • SegmentationAudiences built from engagement, purchase history and stated preferences. Disengaged subscribers are sunset rather than sent to forever.
  • SMS & pushUsed sparingly for messages that are genuinely time-sensitive, with separate consent and easy opt-out.

The path to the inbox

Five gates between "send" and "seen".

Mailbox providers decide where your message lands using signals about you, not just about the message. Each gate below is one of them.

Delivery checksIllustration
  1. SPFIs this server allowed to send for this domain?
  2. DKIMIs the message signed, and has it arrived unaltered?
  3. DMARCDo those results line up with the visible "from" address?
  4. ReputationHow have recipients treated mail from this sender before?
  5. InboxOpened, ignored or marked as spam. That answer feeds the next send.

House rules

How we treat a list.

  • No purchased, rented or scraped lists. Not for us, not on your behalf. Recipients who never asked are the fastest route to a blocked domain.
  • Unsubscribe in one click.Easy to find and honoured promptly. A clean exit is better than a spam complaint.
  • Every commercial message is identified as one.Accurate sender, honest subject line and a physical postal address, as US law requires.
  • Frequency is earned.Engaged readers hear more. Quiet ones hear less, then nothing.
  • Opens are a hint, not a result.Privacy features inflate open rates. We judge programs on clicks, conversions and revenue held against a control group.

Straight answers

Questions about email.

Do we need to change email platform?

Rarely. Most established platforms are capable. We work in the one you have unless there is a specific limitation worth the cost of migrating.

Our emails are landing in spam. Can you help?

That is a common starting point. We begin with a deliverability audit covering authentication, list sources, complaint rates and sending patterns, then repair in stages. Reputation recovers gradually, so we will give you an honest timeline rather than a guarantee.

How do you measure what email contributed?

With holdout groups. A small random share of the audience is withheld from a flow or campaign, and the difference in revenue between the two groups is the contribution. It is the simplest incrementality test in marketing and the most underused.
