For advertisers

Growth your finance team will sign.

You do not need another dashboard. You need to know what to spend, where, and what came back. We run media for brands and performance marketers who want that answered in a form that survives a budget review.

Sound familiar?

The problems people usually arrive with.

If one of these is yours, it is a reasonable place to start the conversation.

01

"The platforms say we are winning. Revenue says otherwise."

Reported conversions exceed real orders because every channel claims the same customers. We rebuild reporting from your own data and test what is incremental.

02

"We have five vendors and no plan."

Each is competent. None is responsible for the total. We either take the whole program or act as the layer that coordinates it.

03

"Acquisition cost keeps climbing."

Usually a mix of creative fatigue, audience saturation and money being spent on people who were already customers. Each has a different fix.

04

"We do not know where our ads run."

We audit the supply path, move to inclusion lists and show you a site-level report. Expect the list of places to shrink and results to hold or improve.

05

"Email used to work."

Deliverability erodes quietly. We check authentication, list quality and sending patterns, then rebuild reputation before touching the content.

06

"Our affiliate bill grows faster than sales."

A sign the program is rewarding interception. We restructure commissions around new customers and tighten compliance.

Terms of engagement

What you can hold us to.

These are the commitments we would want if we were on your side of the table.

  • You own the accounts.Ad platforms, analytics, email service, affiliate network. Access, data and history stay with you if we part ways.
  • Fees are a separate line.Working media, technology and data costs, and our fee are itemised. We do not resell media at a markup.
  • One number at the top.Every report opens with the business outcome we agreed, sourced from your records, before any channel metric.
  • Bad news travels first. If a test fails or a channel is not working, you hear it from us with a recommendation attached.
  • No lock-in by design.Documentation, naming conventions and tracking specs are written so another team could pick them up.

Who we suit

A good fit, and an honest not-yet.

Saying no early is cheaper for everyone.

Likely a fit

You will get the most from us if…

  • You sell something with a measurable outcome: orders, subscriptions, qualified leads, app installs.
  • You are spending across more than one channel, or about to.
  • Someone on your side can give us access to real sales data.
  • You would rather know a channel is not working than be told it is.
Probably not yet

We may not be the right call if…

  • The product or the offer is still changing week to week. Media amplifies what is there.
  • The goal is a guaranteed return by a fixed date. Nobody honest can promise that.
  • The category is one we cannot advertise responsibly. We will tell you quickly.
  • You need a single one-off asset and nothing more. A freelancer will serve you better.

The first month

What happens after you say yes.

A typical opening sequence. Timings flex with the size of the account.

  1. Week 1

    Access & audit

Read-only access to accounts and analytics. We document what exists and what the data can and cannot support.

  2. Week 2

    Findings

A written review: what is working, what is wasted, what is unmeasured. You keep it whether or not we continue.

  3. Week 3

    Plan

A budget by sector, a test roadmap, and the one number we will be judged on, agreed with whoever owns it on your side.

  4. Week 4

    Launch

Tracking fixes go live first, then campaigns. The first read-out date is in the calendar before anything runs.

Bring us the number
you actually answer for.

Tell us what you sell, who buys it and what the business needs from media this year. We reply with a point of view, not a deck.
